For Seamless and Short Sleeved Garments:
Position Strap Keeper under your bra strap, adhesive side up. Hold in place with thumb and forefinger. (Use left hand if securing right Strap Keeper and visa versa.) Peel off the adhesive liner closest to your shoulder first (position B above) and stick this side to clothing. Then peel off liner closest to your neck (position A above), and attach to clothing. It's best to press each side firmly to clothing for about 5 seconds.
Another method is to peel off both adhesive liners first, place your bra strap in the center of the bow and stick to underside of garment being careful that garment does not come into contact with adhesive side until it is positioned where you want it. Press firmly to clothing for about 5 seconds with your thumb and forfinger.
For Long Sleeve Garments... and some short sleeve garments as well:
This method is used before you put garment on.
Peel off one liner, position and stick it to the inside of your garment in position B (see above). Put garment on and move your bra strap to the center of Strap Keeper through the neckline, peel remaining liner, stick and hold for 5 seconds.
